The Association is a non-profit organisation formed in 1972 to represent residents, to help to improve the environment of Lee-on-the-Solent and make it an even more attractive and thriving place to live, work and visit.

 

In so doing it will, from time to time, consult with residents on significant matters, such as planning and other local issues, and encourage their involvement in its activities and projects.

 

Examples of making a difference in Lee include financial assistance towards the cost of the Windsock and various interpretation boards along the sea front. It also supports local community events which are non-commercial and open to all.
